Love it so fat

So light and comfortable. Ibent the shoulder end a bit to hook my shoulder. Helps releave back strain

Enjoying Shoulder Rest

I am very happy with the Efel shoulder rest. It stays securely on the viola, can be shaped for a comfortable fit, and is very light. I was tired of my prior shoulder rest that never fit me well as a smaller person and regularly fell off my instrument. The Efel is what I was looking for without breaking the bank.
