The shoulder rest just arrived today (I live in Canada). I still prefer my Bon Musica, but I will keep trying the EFEL.
Shipping took longer than expected, but the product itself is wonderful!
I really wanted this to work, but I had a lot of trouble bending the grips that go on the sides of the viola to adjust the height. I have sloping shoulders, so I need to fill in that space. Perhaps there is someone there
on staff who can give me some tips on how to do this without hurting my
hand. I like that it is so light in weight, but if I can’t adjust it to my body
then there is no point in keeping it. I have tried so many shoulder rests
in the past and they always gave me pain. Most frustrating.

it's lovely but I feel as if the end for the shoulder isn't extended enough. I have cervical dystknia or torticollis...to the left. I cannot use a chin rest and no matter whst shoulder rest...my viola slips. I need a creative person yo custom.make a rest that works with my anatomy.
